Obtained from fresh top quality IGP olives, that are harvested by hand or mechanically.

Obtained from fresh top quality DOP olives of Sicily, that are harvested by hand or mechanically.
Chincana extra virgin olive oil of Sicily is made in compliance with EU regulations in that the oleic acid does not exceed 0,5%.

Obtained from fresh top quality organic olives from the local varieties of Biancolilla, Cerasuola and Nocellara. , that are harvested by hand or mechanically. Chincana organic extra virgin olive oil complies with EU regulations in that the oleic acid does not exceed 0,5%.
